Randall Waynick is the Assistant Dean, Fermanian School of Business and Associate Professor of Management. After 30 years of executive leadership Waynick transitioned into academia full time and joined the Fermanian School of Business (FSB) specializing in organizational leadership. Waynick has held several positions in business development and sales. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Revenue for Robo 3D, Vice President of Sales Americas for Otter Products and LifeProof, and the Chief Sales Officer for VIZIO. Additionally, Waynick has a variety of teaching experience from universities such as Argosy University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Alliant International University in San Diego California, and Waubonsee Community College in Chicago, Illinois.
